Expansion on radar for health software firm
A health and social care sector software provider is eyeing global growth after securing funding support.
Radar Healthcare has been backed by Marlin Equity Partners.
Bosses say the boost will allow the Leeds-based provider of risk, quality and compliance IT services to advance product development and accelerate international expansion plans.
Paul Johnson, chief executive, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Marlin.
“As the demand for unified systems to support care delivery continues to grow, this investment allows us to scale our solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers across health and social care.
“The Marlin team showed a profound understanding of our value proposition and strong alignment with our growth ambitions.”
Chris Clasper, principal at Marlin, added: “The Radar Healthcare team has developed an innovative platform that is uniquely positioned to support the needs of health and social care providers.
“We are excited to work alongside the founders and management team to provide operational and financial resources that will support its continued growth.”
DWF provided advice to Radar Healthcare on the deal.
