Newcastle-based marketing agency Who’s Listening has added three new hires to support its rapid growth, as it transitions to a four-and-a-half-day work week, with plans for a full four-day week in 2025.
The agency, known for its data-driven campaigns across social media, paid ads, email marketing and websites, has almost doubled its team size and plans to recruit at least two more members next year.
New appointments include Liam Armstrong as business marketing consultant, bringing experience as an operations director and commercial manager at York City Football Club; Josh Hoggart as social media specialist, combining expertise in content creation and training delivery; and Care-Ella Bellerby as website designer/developer, a recent computer science graduate from Northumbria University with agency experience.
Shane Gammage, managing director of Who’s Listening, said: “It’s been a really exciting time for us – in just over two and a half years we have achieved an incredible amount and have ambitious plans which these appointments will be supported by.
“All of our business comes from word of mouth and referral, so we know that our clients are happy with what we do for them and see genuine results, and that’s down to the skill and hard work of our people.”
Who’s Listening has also launched a free Marketing Trends for 2025 report and plans to host masterclasses on core services, providing businesses with actionable insights to enhance their marketing strategies.
Shane added: “The skill set that these new recruits add to our offering further strengthens what we can provide to our clients and will allow us to push further and harder to deliver even better results.
“I can’t wait to see them thrive in their roles and it’s brilliant to be able to recognise, attract and retain skills in the North East.”
