Womble Bond Dickinson expands real estate team

International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has expanded its UK real estate team with the appointment of Mark Tait as a partner in its Newcastle office.

Mark, previously with DWF, brings nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including investment, development, and asset management transactions. His recent projects include the development and letting of retail parks in Prudhoe, Shiremoor and Wynyard, and industrial developments on the Team Valley Trading Estate and Tyne Tunnel Trading estates.  

Mark’s appointment follows the recent addition of fellow real estate partner Adam Heather, who also joined the firm from DWF in July, further enhancing the firm’s expertise in the region.
